They said that it was submitted on feb.5 and was accepted on feb 7 but not still in their system up to this time.

I asked my ds 261 if it is in ter system and they said yes waiting for review.i they received on 7 it should in thier system

I-130 received yesterday at NVC. I-129F did not make it there yet!

How long do I have to wait for a case number after they received I-130? anybody?

They're saying 30 business days (6 weeks) for a case number at the moment.

Would it be a problem with my DS-260 regarding previous address? I put I lived in that address since birth to the last year i lived there. I called NVC that she cannot answer that, just wait until they review it. She said that mostly they are serious with major info. So i think it's not a big deal with the year on my previous address. Anyone with the same case as mine. please share your experience. Thanks so much and good luck to all of us!

I sure hope it's not a big deal because I did the same thing. I put my husbands birthdate to when he moved to a different place. I read on here after I sent it that they will issue a checklist for this. God I hope not!!! So I'm a bit concerned about this as well. Good luck to you too!

I already did in my morning. they gave me a card form and took my fingerprints on it. I will send it to my relative in the Philippines to get it for me. So I will jst send legal documents and authorization letter. my question now is

I don't think you need police clearance if you haven't reached the age of 16 when you were in the Philippines. Though I don't think NVC will send you checklist just because of that. I mean, it is irrelevant since they don't need the address before you were 16 years old. Just my opinion. The best thing you can do is just wait and don't worry too much especially that you are not sure if you are getting a checklist. But since you already apply for PCC in the Philippines, it's ok. Atleast if they asked for it, you have something to show. :)

Just called nvc and the lady told me that they are still working on feb 10 of ds 261.who among you here got thier iv invoice after feb 10 onwards.except those who have an atty.

They got mine on 21 Feb, and told me to wait 30 business days. I am still calling about twice a week though

I'm confused. My husband has lived in the same address his entire life. As a start date, I *don't* put his birth date? I put from the age he's 16?
