Send NVC to scanned copy and let them know that your wife will bring original copy to Mumbai.

It's completely fine with them.

Thanks Deep.

My wife went to Passport office today and she was told that it can take upto 30 days to receive the PCC.

Called them yesterday and they told me it can take up to give business days and that a supervisor will look into it. Blah blah blah. I call stall tactics.

I called yesterday about my IV fee and they said they'd get a supervisor on it, and today I actually have my triangle of doom. Since nothing has happened on your case, I'd call again because it's been over a week and you're concerned, and they have been having issues with the payment portal. You could even phrase it as that: "I know that you're having problems with the payment system, so I wanted to let you know that I'm still having XYZ problem. They said they'd have a supervisor look at it yesterday, but if they did anything, it didn't resolve the problem."

It could be a programming/technical issue, is my point. Calling and letting them know will help them see that whatever they're doing hasn't resolved the issue yet. And worse comes to worst, calling shows that you're going to be very proactive and will keep calling until the issue is resolved.

Hey everyone. This is my first post on the NVC thread. We got approved on March 5th. Later today we're calling to ask if NVC received our case.

I have a question regarding the documents we need to take to interview at the embassy here in Buenos Aires. Does NVC send the originals to the embassy or do we have to take some new originals with us to the interview?

I know It might seem we're getting ahead of ourselves, but since I'm gathering all the documents to send to NVC now, I was wondering how it works.

Thanks!

Dammit!!

My AOS fee just came up as "REJECTED". #######?

Maybe I should try again with IE? Last time I paid while using chrome. It's not a funds issue, I have far more than $88 in my bank account.

Should I call NVC or my bank or both?

Does uscis always update the status when they ship petitions to nvc? I had my i130 approved on March 18 from NSC. How long does it take to get to get to nvc?

You send them the originals in IV packet and the beneficiary gets them back during interview process.

I'm so f***ing stupid. I called my bank and was using the wrong account number (had to add like six 0s to the end). So I repaid with my correct account number, but FORGOT TO USE IE! Ugh. Hoping it won't get rejected again. Stupid me.crying.gif

i was about to msg you not to forget to use IE...guess im too late...

we'll a lot of us here used chrome and just a few had an error...including me. 1 out of 4 payment...

as long as there's a transaction ID. in our experience an unlikely glitch in their system was the error, no transaction id was generated yet it changed into "in process".
