Please advice me what answer should i give for below question

1-Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

Right now i don't have medical but will be in future so what should i reply now ?? ( yes or no )

2-Are you the spouse, son, or daughter of an individual who has violated any controlled substance trafficking law, and have knowingly benefited from the trafficking activities in the past five years?

This is human traffic or transport traffic ????

3-Do you authorize disclosure of information from this form to the Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, and such other U.S. Government agencies as may be required for the purposes of assigning you a social security number (SSN) and issuing you a Social Security card and do you authorize the Social Security Administration to share your SSN with the Department of Homeland Security?

Should i say yes ?????

1 - check no with the explanation you will receive all vaccinations at the medical.

2 - what do you mean? It states controlled substance trafficking aka drugs or other illegal trafficking.

3 - yes but most likely you will not get the SSN in the mail and will have to apply for it in person anyhow (only about 10% it seems get the SSN automatically) but check yes anyhow and you may get lucky!
