First name on visa includes middle name

Just wanna know if it is normal for Filipino US visa holders to have their middle name included beside their first name on the visa..

Like for example...

First name: April May

Middle: Cruz

Last: Smith

Info on visa is...

Last name: Smith

First name: April May Cruz

Should i be worried bout that? Does that mean i need to follow that format when creating an ELIS account and getting other IDs like drivers license? Or should i have it changed once i get to the US? Please help. Thank you.

11.18.2013 - requested expedite due to typhoon

12.02.2013 - CFO seminar

12.12.2013 - I-130 approved, NOA2 via email (never transferred); shipped to NVC

01.06.2014 - requested expedite due to typhoon and PCS

01.08.2014 - Case # and IIN; submitted DS-261; NVC asked for 2 contact #s of beneficiary

01.09.2014 - AOS fee billed

01.14.2014 - AOS fee showed paid

01.15.2014 - IV fee billed; expedite approved

01.18.2014 - sent AOS package

01.22.2014 - IV fee showed paid; AOS arrived at NVC as per UPS (10:18am by FNU)

01.24.2014 - sent IV package

01.27.2014 - submitted DS-260; IV docs delivered to NVC as per DHL (10:52am by PETERS G)

01.29.2014 - CASE COMPLETE (via phonecall)

01.30.2014 - received checklist for Dutch Police Record (VOG) via email

01.31.2014 - left NVC, sent to embassy

02.04.2014 - received at embassy, READY as per CEAC

02.10-11.2014 - medical done, passed!

02.24.2014 - interview: APPROVED!!

02.27.2014 - Received SMS from 2Go, ready for pick up

02.28.2014 - visa on hand; CFO sticker

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

The visa has SURNAME and GIVEN NAME, first name and middle name are GIVEN NAMES so yes they will be listed together.

Not too sure how this is country specific. huh.pngunsure.png

The visa has SURNAME and GIVEN NAME, first name and middle name are GIVEN NAMES so yes they will be listed together.

Oh geez. I was referring to the Immigrant data Summary, my bad. -_- it has Family Name and First Name, and my middle name is included in the first name part.

Yes, tama yun. Its written in the instruction to place your middle name together with your first name on the space for the GIVEN NAME. Nothing to worry about. :-)

Hi guys! I got my US VISA now from 2go.

In all the forms that I filled up, my given name includes my middle name. But in my VISA, it does not have my middle name.

Ex.

Phil passport data:

SurName: ABCDEFG

Given name: FIJKLM ZZZZZZ

Middle name: PPPPP

Us Visa

SurName: ABCDEFG

Given name: FIJKLM ZZZZZZ

They didnt include my middle name in my given name. Is this wrong? When I filled up the DS-269 before it says that given name includes my middle name. But in my VISA they didnt include it.

Hi guys! I got my US VISA now from 2go.

In all the forms that I filled up, my given name includes my middle name. But in my VISA, it does not have my middle name.

It's too long to fit. Check the bottom part of the visa, the one with <<<<<. Your complete name should appear there.
