Need Clarification ASAP !

So my IV Checklist letter has been delivered today , but as soon as it get delivered DHL emailed confirmation ! And NVC also emailed me like this

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) or supporting documents.However, we are still waiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Immigrant Visa Applicationor civil documentation.  Please return the requested information so that we may complete the processingof your case.

But AoS checklist has been delivered since February 3rd ! So much confuse here and still cannot call nvc :\ , always busy so decide to ask you guys as per your experience

* The IV checklist that i sent them back is Police Certificate and it cost alot of money for fast service , hopefully it is just a false checklist

I think the IV Checklist items have not been added to the casefile and/or reviewed yet, but the writing about it is generic.

the generic checklist for the IV set has nothing to do with anything,

it's only a general notice that they not have any record of you sending it.

Oh , so it mean they have received mine but not yet process it ??? or there are problems in the package ?

so bear that in mind when you're trying to match up send/receive things with NVC.

The electronic thingie (email?) was about the AOS set - telling you they added it to the casefile. You sent it on the 3rd, and you only got a notice about it recently.

IMO - it's coincidental - the IV thing hitting the door and you getting a notice about the AOS set.

I think it's false checklist because I sent my IV support documents on the 3rd and they received it on the 7th, but they still asked for my civil document. I called them up and they told me it's false checklist since they have not open the packet they received on the 7th. They told me give them 30 days from the day they received my packet.

Guys ! Me and my brother both same PD and my father the petioner ! and now my brother case is complete :\ ( they told him to take aos to embassy ) but me :\ not yet complete !????? why ????

oh my god...just frustrated!!! I got my case review and they email me a checklist of "need original police report and marriage certificate".....I called them up and I told them everything I sent in the package is original(Khmer language) and certified translation by the Cambodian government. Now they said they gives them 30 days to review by the supervisor.....DAMNNN I just can't take this anymore..... . NVC wasting people time. I'm going to call them again on Monday and then if nothing is moving, I will ask my congressmen for help.

The reason is they didn't receive my AoS checklist ( Perhaps the petitioner forgot the coversheet ) so only my brother case is completed !
