Two years for the USCIS to approve of my wife's petition for her unmarried son only to be sent to the NVC.

She send the NVC an email three weeks ago and finally got a do not reply response from them email yesterday.

Just a general letter stating they wanted the name of the petitioner, the beneficiary, and the USCIS receipt number that was already included in her original letter. But just told her to list these items again in order on top of her original email and send it back.

Help? What help? What we need is pure luck.

when you send an email to NVC,, always make sure you include,,,

Beneficiary: first name, last name

beneficiary: Date of Birth

Petitioner : first name, last name

petitioner: date of birth

and in subject line, write the uscis receipt number, that way you will get the response that you are looking for, i hope this help
