Question on filling G-325A form

Hi..

I have a few questions on filling in the G-325A form

there is a field that says

applicants last address outside the united states of more than one year

I've never lived anywhere for over a year.. so do I just fill in

street name and number city province or state country from to

None none none none

or N/A or all fields ?

sorry another question for I-130 form

under relative address, if she is currently living with me.. do I put my address ? or her address back in her country ?

and for martial status.. I guesss married since she just married me right ?

and for me if I was divorced before.. and now married to Her... I also choose Married .. correct?

I-130 question C-9 and C-10 asking for SS and Alien registeration... so I put NONE for both since she has non... correct ?

another question for I-130 question D-2

2.Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? yes no

I choose Yes because I was married before via I-130 but at that time I dont know anything and my lawyer did everything and I cant remeber what happen

but she lived in china.. I went to china to marry her and came back to US and we filled petition and she came to US and had 2 year conditional green card.

do I put Yes

if "Yes," give name, place and date of filing and results

I-130 chicago IL N/A Approved

can I put like that for anaswer ? as I do not remember the date of filling
