After the NVC receives your case and assigns you a case number, typically how long does it sit at NVC before it gets sent out to the oversea's consulate?

I am blessed the my petition got approved in 30 days and took only 12 days to get a case number from NVC :) I am so blessed and grateful how fast CSC did everything.

Usually only stays at the NVC for a very short amount of time. By the time they tell you what your case # is, it may have already been sent to the consulate.
