Hello

Can anyone tell us, what are the steps to change name afte marriage?

I have seen conflicting posts

To date:

K1 visa approved Jan 17

Flight to USA Jan 25

Marriage Feb 8

SSN(in maiden name) received Feb 26...

What to do next?

You can start using your married name immediately on all accounts and everything you do. File for AOS in married name. When you receive the EAD/AP card in married name, then get the SSN changed to married name using the EAD/AP as ID in new married name. Your green card will come married name that way too. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
