How long should this take?!

Hi everyone! Thanks for being so helpful on this website, you guys have all answered so many of my questions!

I (American citzien) live in Poland with my Polish fiance and we sent in our application to USCIS via express mail (through the Polish Post) with a tracking number. Tracking numbers in Poland are.... unreliable at best, and it hasn't notified us of being delivered. We sent this application in over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't recevied any word if USCIS has received our application (I filled out the E-mail notification document).

Did it take this long for anyone else? Should I call USCIS and see if they have actually received it?

I'm starting to worry its lost in the depths of USPS somewhere... blink.png

Hi, I wouldn't worry about it yet.

It took them about 4 weeks until we first heard from USCIS, and thats now 2 weeks ago. So you will probably hear from them soon!

August 5th 2012- Became a couple

May 18th 2013- Got engaged

February 7th 2014- Filed I-129F

February 21st 2014- NOA1

August 13th 2014 - RFE

Now waiting for NOA2

What did you exactly use to mail it ? pocztex maybe ? do you have tracking number ?

you can track the package on usps website.

and also knowing if the check was cashed could be a good determinant.
