Er yes he does.

He says first that there haven't been many strong women leaders and then he goes on to say that when you're leader of the free world you have to deal with people like Putin and then mullahs of Iran "who view women as a sub species".

He's clearly implying something there. You don't see that? Seriously?

I watched the entire segment and yes he is saying that.

No surprises move on..... Most people that are racist tend to be sexist too.
