I plan on brining a binder with some of the papers requested on the list to bring that came with my appointment letter, Copies of 3 years taxes

passport and green card. marriage certificate.

Also I've been studying the little citizenship booklet i got at the fingerprint appointment like crazy thats good enough right?
I feel like once the IO starts the test Im going to go blank and forget everything.

Do you know how often they do Oath ceremony in Tampa field office ? Did you get approved after the interview or had to wait for the Oath letter in the mail?

Take it easy I was nervous too while waiting for my name to called. Once you're in the room the IO will go directly on your paperwork then probably just ask for you passport and green card. If you give them everything they need they won't ask for the originals. But then better to bring and be prepared. For the civic test, I learned better by listening to the CD. Goodluck!

Today is 90 days since I'm inline for interview scheduling, still no update yet..

Just completed my naturalization ceremony! Got there about half an hour before the scheduled time, there is paid parking close by, so didnt have much hassle. First step once we are all in the actual courtroom, they briefed us on what the ceremony would be like, then they took our appointment notice and greencard and was given a welcome packet which also had the number marked on it in the order we would be seated. After that we were given about an half hour break to use the bathroom,grab something from the cafeteria etc. After we all got back, we were properly seated based on the number we were given earlier, was addressed by the district attorney and shortly afterwards the ceremony was on the way. The ceremony itself was about an hour, but overall, we were there about three hours. we were all individually called by name and introduced to the judge, then we were given the oath of allegiance by the USCIS rep, followed by us going up to individually collect the certificate,greet the judge etc, next we pledged allegiance to the flag, judge congratulated us once again and left and court was adjourned. It was a long road getting to this day, but Thank God it finally came! Goodluck to everyone still waiting, Your day will come as well.

I thought about you yesterday, since I am in Richmond, VA as well. Got notice today that I am scheduled for the next oath ceremony. Hopefully it will not take too long. :-)
