Question. Got my nao1 yesterday how long do i have to wait for my biometric apointment?

Should be on the way soon.. :) you can use your case # and check your case status online at uscis.gov

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

The website doesn't update very often and may not reflect the current status - I got my biometric letter exactly a week after the initial NOA. If you haven't already, sign up for the email notifications, they seem to be the best way to find out how the case is progressing.

I did but there is only stated that they send the nao1 nothing about biometric

From what I gather ours may take a little longer because we filed in Nebraska. I'm sure it will come soon. I haven't gotten mine either and we have the same noa1 date and were in the same state. Give it a week or so :)

No, I live in the city. I am scheduled at USCIS Broadway in the afternoon.

Since you sent your application a few days before me, I suspect you have an earlier priority date (mine is Apr 1), and will move ahead in the rest of the process. We may make the same Oath ceremony though, if yours is in the loop.

Will you be going to Naperville on the 29th? Meryll is scheduled at 11.
