Hi All,

Sorry if this question has been addressed before. I am about to make an overseas trip regarding job, and I was wondering if my wife (USC) can call USCIS' 800 number and inquire about our I751 case (and talk to Tier II officers if need be)? Will they provide her any info or they only can reveal it to me?

Thanks,

No the USC can not call anymore. Even though the I-751 is a joint petition for removal of barriers. That really ticked me off because my wife would have to be on 3 way when I wanted to check case status.

You can also check case status online with the receipt number. There's not going to be any difference really in the information.
