Excellent news ! I hope he can change his backgrounders for appropriate behavior, shift, and at least attain the same level of mentorship done with the mentors at MoreHouse College.

Failing that, it'll just be another collection of a new display of intellectual masterbation (sp?). I don't know about you, O Gentle Reader, but 6+ years of that is way, I mean waaaaaaaaaaay, more than enough.

as a uniter (his words), I don't understand why Obama doesn't want to help all young American men..

Oh, I'm thinking he actually did some studies, or read all of the research,

that shows the black men in the jail come from single-parent homes,

and has decided to focus on that demographic (single-parent homes)

in an attempt to shift each person's decision-making process.

That's my hope, and I have high hopes that he'll be successful.

Still, going by his record in the POTUS office, he won't be so successful,

but - the folk who will give him money for his efforts is NOT the same folk

who stonewalled him at every turn in the White House.

So, there's some hope for a great shift, with The Kenyan actually facilitating change,

that change that I believed in, ages past.

Getting private money and having the ability to spend it solely as he wants, will be a boon for The Kenyan. I pray he has some success with it, because if not...

It's just another turn at a physical display of intellectual masterbation - and who wants to see that again?

As I thought, lots of grandstanding but no evidence of punishment. No one is punished going through the legal immigration process. We follow the law and at the end we have legal status, that means we can freely move around in the US, come in and out of the country, get a social security card, enjoy all the benefits of being a legal resident or citizen. I'll take that over being illegal any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
