Oh god !! This is 9 months without receiving a NOA2 . That's complete ***

You should call them and bother them to tell u what's wrong and why it's taking so long . i know people will say that it takes to 14 months but they should at least give you any information about it !!

There's a lot of people that are still waiting from May.. have you tried info pass, congressman, senator, putting a service request in at all? You are well over the 60 days of transfer notice as well.

I-130 STAGE

16th May 2013- I-130 PD Date
30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE
--------------------------------
28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

petitioner,you should call the 1-800- customer service number ask for a two tier officer and ask for a update about the status about your case,if that don't work go online uscis make a infopass appointment.

The process took almost 14 months (well ... that really sucks)

Is this normal?? I filed and received NOA1 May 2013....got a notice Dec 16, 2013 saying case transferred to Nebraska Service Center and noooooo movement/notice since then...nothing!! Should I be concerned at all??

It's taking about 10 Months

Mine was transfered to Nebraska as well

NOA1 25 April 2013

NOA2 19 February 2014

You should get your NOA2 sometime (Next Month) in March

Filed May 2013,transferred to Nebraska in Dec 2013, received an RFE on 24th Feb 2014. Am sure you will have a change in status any moment soon.

same boat may 7,transferred December 6 to tsc i bilive we will get approval before march 15 that the time will up date the processing time

I really hope so..I thought once it showed transferred back in December that things would progress faster than this...lol...guess I was wrong.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
