Traveling to the US during NVC stage

Hello all,

My husband and I are both living abroad right now but I have a home in the US. We're tired of waiting abroad and want to return to the US ASAP.

We want to know if my husband (beneficiary) can come with me to the US - and stay no more than 3 months or until we hear something from NVC. We're still waiting on our case number.

Is that possible? Does he need more than a round-trip plane ticket to show proof he will return to France?

Yeah my husband just visited over the holidays. They DO sometimes ask questions at the airport but as long as you tell the truth its usually fine.

not an issue. i just traveled last Dec 2013 having Case completed from NVC.
