if you are going to submit I131 and I765 with I485, then you'll need 6 passport type photos. 2 for each application. Also read the instructions for all the forms to make sure you have all the supporting evidence. you can check this link too http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

You are going to also need copy of the noa2 from i129f. Good luck!

I submitted only 2 photos total for EAD, AP and AOS and no RFEs. I think if it's all combined and sent in 2 photos would suffice.

I thought you also need to add this form

I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status ? or do we add this on a later time ?

Only if you are not adjusting from a K1 or if your medical is over 1 year old
