  1. 1. The newest voters in 2016 were BORN the year President Clinton was impeached. Do you think his past still matters?

    • Yes, because the older set votes more and they recall the sexual philandering and the lying under oath.
    • No. It's ancient history. People will care about it in 2016 as much as they will care about Watergate.
  2. 2. Is Benghazi a bigger deal than the Lewinsky scandal?

Perjury is serious. I don't care who you are or why you did it. He did it, and he deservedly got impeached for it. The Senate not removing him from office for it was as serious an injury to our form of government as the SCOTUS anointing Bush the victor in Bush v Gore.

If most any manager in America or for sure any officer in the Military had gotten a BJ from a very junior subordinate in their office, they would be gone.

That having been said, I ain't saying what he did was right...but I understand

Bill's reputation as a party guy forgives all his past sins. Hilary is a buzz kill, so she will not be so easily forgiven. I wouldn't look for consistency in the American electorate, or the Democratic Party. It just is not there.

Wasn't he a Democrat?

Yep, adultery knows no party lines. I think Mark Sandford is the most bold one out there.

Hillary is gay. I am pretty sure of that, not that it matters.

I am pretty sure like a lot of political couples they are married in name and photo op only

That having been said, you ain't getting nothing but hell at home and as an older man, some young girl treats you like you are all that

Well things can happen.

Special counsel Kenneth Star had no business asking Bill Clinton about his private sexual life. While Clinton might have been guilty of sexual harassment, that wasn't what Star was after. He cleverly guessed that he'd finally get something to stick to Clinton (denial of sexual escapades).

Usually the politicians that screamed the loudest about Slick Willie were doing their own dirt. Remember Gary Condit?

You are not allowed to lie under oath because you don't believe they should ask you a question. That's not how it works, except in Clintonfanboi land.

P.S. I hate the Clintons so I freely admit to the opposite bias.

Nope, he didn't kill her, his wife had her whacked. Get your facts straight.

Context. The Clintons had been subjected to a witch hunt for years and when Kenneth Star thought he'd try and nail the president by embarrassing him about his sexual exploits, Clinton gave him the finger. Was he wrong for not being truthful? Sure, but it wasn't an impeachable offense. His political enemies were out for blood and instead, they danced on the man's sperm.

Perjury is an impeachable offense. Sorry, fanboi. You can ####### him all you want but you'll never be as pretty as Monica.

I'd have to go back and re-read the details of how the whole thing unfolded, but if I recall correctly, it was actually Lewinsky's affidavit in the Paula Jone's case that Starr used to nail Clinton with. Starr was going to burn Lewinsky at the stake, thanks to Linda Tripp's illegal phone recordings and evidence gathering. President Clinton would have had to have thrown Lewinsky under the bus if he admitted their sexual relations and he wasn't about to go Linda Tripp on Lewinsky.

He lied under oath. That's perjury. You spin yourself into a pretzel in the vain hope that Mr. Clinton will take a liking to you but I'd much rather you not do it here. It's unseemly.
