Hi All,

I know have all my documents ready for filing for AOS however I need to file for EAD and AP as well

My question is do i file the AOS form separately from the EAD and AP. Or can i send all the documentation to the Chicago Lockbox in one complete package.

Also, i am going to write a letter to get my AP expedited but I am unsure as to what to write. I can also get a letter from my company.

I work offshore internationally and I am due back on board my rig on the 10th March. This is unlikely due to processing times, however the company have said they will pay me up until then and then I will go unpaid until i return to work. So , severe financial losses will occur.

Can anyone please advise, all help appreciated.

After you have received the receipts you can then ask USCIS to expedite the applications; you can read USCIS' expedite criteria here: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria
