@patra&ricardo - ok so you did get your case number? my apologies then for my incorrect info. I thought I read one of your post where you told someone they could not proceed until the PD is current.

how far have you been able to go with your case number? I know that shadowflex has completed his case and his PD is not current, but I thought that was not the norm.

hi mine i got my case # march 27 ,pd is Dec.9 and yesterdayi called nvc and the operator gave me the invoice identification number however she told me that eventhough i have case and iin# i cannot proceed to the next step till the priority is current .So we have to wait then and pray for VB to become current.

My interview experienced

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the
documents :
1.DS260 confirmation page
2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet.You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.
:NSO Birth Certificate
:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions
A.What is your Full name and Birth date?
B.Who is your petitioner?
C.When did you get married?
D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions
Questions:
A.Your Full name and date of Birth?
B.who is your petitioner?
C.How long have you been married ?
D.Do you have kids?
E.what is your husband's job?
F.where does he work?
G.when did you get married?
H.how did you know each other?
I.what is his adress?
J.how many times he visited you ?
And that's all she said ( well everything looks good you may now go to step
5 for releasing.And then I said thak you very much!!!
Step 5: Releasing this time you will know if you have 221g.
1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
2. what is your full name and date of birth
and then she said alright everything is fine you may now go to 2go
counter for passport and visa pocket delivery.
2GO counter woman only asked me the delivery information sheet wherein you
have fill out all the details for delivery of your visa pocket.
And then I'm done around 9:30 am with a smile in my face and hungry
stomach,
All you have to do guys just be honest for every details everything will be
fine....

osmosesnew - sorry for the wrong info, but I'm sure that didn't bother you because you seem to know what you are doing!

At least all of you are getting your case numbers! those of us at VSC are still waiting just for our NOA2 - and I have the same PD as patra&ricardo!

sbai2000 just be patient you will get there as long as you still in a time frame and try to call also uscis and verify the status of your petition.

my PD is 12/2/2013 so we are still within normal processing time so there is no need in my calling uscis. Vermont is still only working on cases from September 2013!

Yep I did tell someone that they could not proceed future until their PD was current. But they aleady has their NVC case#. They were inquring about the Individual indentity number I think that is what it is called, shorting IIN # (you need this number along with the NVC case# to log into the site that you make the additional payments and fill out the other forms to continue the process). The IIN# is the one that you get when your pd is current and they are ready to proceed with your case. I haven't be able to proceed any further bcuz I don't have a IIN# since my case isn't current. My hubby will be apply for his citizenship in June however so if all goes well hopefully I will be able to start finishing up by Nov/Dec.

My PD is 9 jan and still havent got case number!!!! Guys whats is the time frame that would take for the entire process???? its really depressing ,me now :(


but the bulletin dosent seem to move :( :( :( its been 6 months

Hello guys
I have a question. I sent i-130 with some documents but i didnt send any picture of my wife and i together or tax return which we filled together. I just sent the house lease which we live. Now i want to make sure that my i-130 get approved and i am wondering is there any way to send these documents to them to add in my case or i have to wait for their request!?

Hello guys

since the petition was accepted. You should till you get any RFE and you can respond to that timely.
