from AP to READY and to AP again

Hi evry1 hop you can help me wd my situation ryt now bec im confused of wats happening w/ my case status...ds is how it went, my case status was on AP since my interview on Jan13,2014 nd USEM required me to submit add'l docs w/c I was able to submit on and completed on Jan29,2014 nd got confirmation dat USEM got it on feb.10,2014...last monday Feb.24 status went to READY and ask me to check again on my status after 2 bus.days w/cis today i suppose and upn checking on CEAC website its saying:

NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
Administrative Processing
Application ID or Case Number: MNLXXXXXXXXXX XX MNL Case Creation Date: 24-Feb-2014 Status Updated Date: 26-Feb-2014
Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved after administrative processing, your passport will be delivered by our contracted courier to the address you specified when you booked your interview.

.....so im confused coz i understand or i mean im already expecting that anytime soon my visa is to be sent out coz iv submitted all necessary docs..iv also read that supposedly after AP and READY it shud be ISSUED status...pls help me understand..tnx

Usually the AP will flip back and forth a few times before landing on Issued. Don't worry about it until there is something to worry about. You can in fact contact the consulate. They will let you know what's going on.

Also- I hate to be 'that guy' but you might consider typing this out in regular English as opposed to 'netspeak'. Most of us are professionals and really don't want to decipher it.
