I just need to know if my visa situation is even salvagable at this point or in the future.

I came here 9 years ago on a student Visa. Applied for Asylum within the year but was denied but was able to work after that. Due to just a case of bad luck and ignorance on my part i followed a lawyers advice to follow the process till the appeals court which ended in 2010(case was dismissed). Around or before that time also i was given VD by a judge but did not take advantage of it since i still had private sponshorship to a college and wanted to take advantage of it.

Now school is over and i need to start looking for a serious job // decide on wether to marry my long time girlfriend or leave the country and do other things.

I know that i need some form of status to be able to get any good job offers. I am also worried about getting married validly only to be put on the next flight home when i appear for interview. Also, leaving the country is an option that i have been considering lately- only that i have too much time invested here.

Do i have anymore options left?

You need to consult an experienced immigration attorney.

Being granted VD and not taking it could well be a problem.

**** Moving from Introductions to AOS from Work, Tourist etc visa as the best forum for expert advice ****

I agree with the above- get a couple of free initial consultations with immigration lawyers and see what they say, Try and find out if there is a deportation order against you since you did not take Voluntary Departure.

About the deportation order, i think it is there if updated. The court IVR system still shows that VD was granted and nothing else. I would also like to know what my chances of getting a visa in the B or L category are in the future, as i suspect i will need those in a year or so.

Chances for B or L are non-existant. Zero.
