Noa2 December 17th

We got approved.... I'm so excited to move forward. I had not checked in awhile, I didn't expect to hear till January. Another august filer also had her petition handled as well.

Get ready. .. they are coming soon august filers

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

It's so random, some people from July are still waiting for NOA2 from Nebraska when some got it already in August. I'm personally 28th of august so let's cross fingers !

Today my case was sent to the NVS. How long we have to wait to recieve case# nd etc???

after they receive it, 2 to 3 weeks u can start to call to get receipt number and another set of numbers. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

How long did u it take from approval to it being sent. My update still stays approved not forwarded
