Oh gosh Smoochies I'm sorry you've been waiting so long. When did you get transferred to Nebraska? You're supposed to hear a decision within 60 days of transfer!

They say April but that is from December... you should have yours by now!!

Have you ever gotten an RFE (Request Further Evidence - i think is what it means)?

I don't know how you are holding it together. :(

I am curious. Where is it written or promised that after a transfer you should hear a decision in 60 days? Does this apply for K-3 visas? We have had our K-3 transferred twice, not including the 1st center it was sent to.

Hello receive case number and id number Friday from nvc but when I get on line today to see if I can pay fees it says case is soon to be terminated

Call them and if you can't get through keep trying ... Best wishes :thumbs:

You should be getting very close to an approval! :joy: NOA1 June 1st from NE, my husband and I hopefully only have a little over 2 months left at USCIS. Keep us posted on your anyday approval! Good luck! :)

April 6 here and nothing as of yet and no transfer either. I'm sure something will start happening in the next few weeks. Plus I saw the processing times have gone back to 5months for I-130 now ?

Good luck! N please update whenever you get approval or any information. It really motivates all who have been waiting for almost 5 months.

NOA1 of July 28th. Just got NOA2 via email on August 28th. Perhaps Nebraska added more resources. I hope everyone will get the approvals soon!

You seriously got it in just a month? How unusual is this? I got my NOA1 on July 21 and I haven't heard anything yet. This is especially surprising given the number of posts right above yours from people who got their NOA1 in April and still haven't heard anything.
