Hi everybody

i apply for I-130 for my wife in Feb13,2015 and get the receipt number in Feb 17,2015 in nebraska and until now i didn't get notice from nebraska center and its already pass the 5 month period

please advise

Does anyone know if there has been any March filers approved from NE yet?

Yes I saw one person. Their PD date was March 4th. So they are starting to process March filers !

[spoiler]Green card I-130:Wedding date January 16th,2015 I-130 sent: May 5th,2015 NOA1: May 7th, 2015 NOA2: October 23rd,2015 Sent to NVC Nov 3rd, 2015 Received at NVC on the November 9th,2015 NVC sent letter with Case number on December 2nd,2015 DS-261 on December 07th, 2015 Paid AOS fee on December 07th,2015 Paid IV fee on December 12th, 2015 Sent AOS and IV package on December 17th, 2015 Form Ds 260 submitted on December 21, 2015. (Delay due to Ds261 showing incomplete had to resubmit) Scan date: December 21st, 2015 Case complete: January 29th, 2016 Medical examination: March 4th, 2016 Interview: March 17th, 2016 at US Embassy in Paris - Approved ! March 18th, 2016 - CEAC shows visa ISSUED March 24th, 2016 - Visa received this morning Paid ELIS $165 fee + book flight on MArch 24th, 2016 POE Chicago on April 13th, 2016  Received green card on June 8th, 2016[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Submission: 2/1/2018

NOA 1 Received: 2/5/2018

Biometrics: 5/25/2018

18 month extension letter: 8/20/2018

RFE: 2/3/2019

Hi VJers !

My case is in Nebraska too.

We have CR1 with NOA1: March 4, 2015.

Considering the NOA1 we would be receiving the approval on August 4rd but something great happened yesterday !!!

We received the mail with our I-130 approved...it means less than 5 months.

We are very excited looking to start the NVC process !!!

My question is:

July 22nd is our NOA2? I would like to include the date on my Timeline here, to help more people.

USCIS

March 02, 2015: We left I-130 on Fedex

March 04, 2015: UCSIS received our paperwork

March 06, 2015: We received the e mail of UCSIS Acceptance Confirmation (Nebraska)

July 22, 2015 : I-130 Approved (It took 140 days)

August 04, 2015: Mail from UCSIS saying they have sent our case to NVC

NVC

August 10, 2015: Case scanned by NVC

August 20, 2015: Case number and IIN received by phone

August 21, 2015: DS261 done and FEE Affidavit of Support paid (FEE Status: In Process)

August 24, 2015: Affidavit of Support FEE Status: PAID

August 25, 2015: Husband received Welcome package from NVC

September 03, 2015: IV Package FEE paid (FEE Status: In Process)

September 08, 2015: IV Package FEE Status: PAID

September 09, 2015: DS-260 Done

September 14, 2015: Package received by NVC (Scan Date)

October 08, 2015: Case Complete

November 09, 2015: Medical Test Done

November 25, 2015: Interview Date APPROVED !!!!!!!!!!!! :D

January 05, 2016: Visa Issued

January 12, 2016: Visa in hand :dancing:

January 22, 2016: US$ 165 Fee paid

February 08, 2016: In my new home

POE: Los Angeles

March 07, 2016: Green Card received...but waiting for SSN

Congrats! :joy: Your case will go to the NVC now and you will wait to get case scanned into their system and they will assign a case number and invoice number. Which at that point you can start calling to see if that has happened so you can move to next step which will be paying fees. Here on VJ in under the Guides tab there is a lot of helpful tips you can read to help you in this part of the process. Hope you have a speedy process but we are still waiting to pay IV Bill. I don't want to mail it in but I might have to go that route. :ranting:

Received a message today that they suspend my case. Waiting for rfe letter.

It's not really suspended. They use that confusing language, God knows why! But your case is simply pending while you submit whatever evidence they are requesting. Submit whatever they need asap and they will begin working on your case again and hopefully you'll hear good news within a few days.
