OMG Im so happy. Approved PD JAn 5th.

I was on the phone with USCIS like an hour a go asking why my case was taking so long . I was almost crying ( this process is driving me crazy) half and hour later receive the message I was Approveddd. :) :)

Congrats!

We are still waiting when they finish background checks (October 2014 filers). And Tier 2 said to my husband today that they can't do anything and we need to be patient. :(((

I can't imagine how u feel waiting since october. It makes me feel sad that I see people waiting for so long with no answer. Will pray for u and hope that can get ur approval soon.

We are Nebraska filers. I submitted the I-130 in late December. Tomorrow I will be paying the AOS fees online. I-864 packet was received yesterday by the NVC.

I don't understand why it takes so long taking into account my husband has "Global entry" pass so he passed FBI checks about 2 months ago. And it took 1 hour to clear him after a short interview.

I hope we hear something soon! I wish I will hear something before I go to visit my husband in July.

I'm amazed I just got through to a CSR at NVC without being on hold forever. Case was Recv'ed on Jun 1st and is waiting to be scanned in system I was told to call back in a few weeks. Asked if I could give my email address and was told yes and transferred but got disconnected :clock: Holding again.

Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. We were under background checks for 3 or 4 months :cry: We can only guess from what I see in my timeline and the actions we took...

Submitted i130 Aug 4, did not hear anything until we filed an eRequest at the beginning of February and that's where we learned that we were on hold due to that. eRequests, InfoPass... and finally a frustrated email to SCOPSSDATA seems to have made things move. We cleared that on May 14.
