I am looking at the timelines and posts, and I see a lot of complains and posts about TSC.

But it seams to me that NSC is the same if not worse then TSC?

Am I missing something?

Thank you all!

yes Nebraska is just as worse from what I seen. The reason you hear so much about TSC is they are also processing k-1 fiancé visa which is suppose to be faster then ir/cr-1 spousal visa

Apparently yes, still 5 months.

Based on the research we are all at the officially the slowest service centar.

It's just strange to me to see that some are approved within the 1-2months while others are waiting for over 5 months or even longer. And am not talking a out RFE's, just straight wait time between NOA1 and NOA2

My NOA1 is 16 June 2014... I haven't heard anything from Nebraska yet, and I am really worried :( 5 months have passed more than a week ago. Any information about what date are they currently reviewing?

I wanna cry when I see other service centers. There was one i130 from VSC that was approved in less then 45 days and one in 19 days just yesterday.

I did just get an update on one timeline that I follow,

NSC NOA1 date 6/13 , and NOA2 11-26

It should be any day now

Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

My NOA1 is 23 June 2014... I called USCIS this past Monday and was told that Nebraska is officially working on petitions from May. As I was trying to telling the customer service representative that I know that some June petitions were getting approved she cut me off stating, "No two petitions are the same and I should calling back December 15-16 when Nebraska updates their system on where they are at on approvals". She was completely rude.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an approval within the next two weeks.

Nothing wrong with ur case. Just cos it is not fair in all service centers. We see people who apply later but get approval earlier!

I am only talking about Nebraska center. In Nebraska yesterday they approved a petition with NOA1 dated 18th of June.. and before that there was approval for 23rd of June..
