I called this week 3 times and have answer that you need to wait more as you are a Permanent Resident and send a e-request on 25th have no clue yet.

US citizen r waiting min. Five months.......did u receive the receipt from USCIS for I-130 if yes attach I-129f ASAP

Got this today after sending email direct to Nebraska. PD 11/26

Good morning,

USCIS records indicate that, following an initial review of your I-130 case by an officer at NSC, an extended review of your I-130 case was initiated. USCIS records confirm that your I-130 case is pending background check clearance. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security, and compliance with all relevant directives. Please note that some applications and petitions have unresolved background check issues which delay adjudication. Although USCIS makes every effort to resolve such cases promptly, USCIS is unable to speculate when the background check process will be completed in your case. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action within 90 days, please contact us for an update.

Any Nebraska May 2014 fillers approved yet?

No, Nebraska is working on February and March. Five months for May filers will be in October, and Nebraska is taking more like 5.5/6 right now.

CR-1 (Argentina): April 2014 to March 2015.

ROC (VSC): March 2017 to March 2018.

Hi guys, so my pd is 3/31, my 5 months are up and i dont want to waste anytime, i have been trying all day to make an e-request and i keep getting an error message, i tried 3 devices and no luck...should i just call?

I called, i am not allowed to send e-request because of my pd date. Uscis is currently on 3/16... They have not reached 3/31 yet
