Ah cool tool. Well there are 1 (or fewer!) of me or my wife! Security checks should take a nanosecond :protest:

There's only 1 of me too!! Lol so what's the hold up???

try check it dude.

i just did it. Millions of the name same as my husband.

I'm the only one in the USA with the combination of my first and last, told you I was unique! Lol. But I wonder if that's what's holding the process, the background checks, oh well, waiting and waiting some more!

I just put in my first service request with a reply by date of Sept 2. We shall see.

I'm praying that these clouds of uncertainty blow away for all of us so that we can be with the person we love and want to spend the rest of our lives with.

It will happen.

Good luck this week everyone!

When I put in for mine, I called instead and he asked me for my email address and I still didn't get a confirmation, but I do have that ticket number.

Congrats

Thanks, don123.

I see you just got an RFE. Everyone that Ive been in contact with, received their approval within a month after an RFE as late as yours (5 months after NOA1).

Good luck to you

Hi everyone,

Good morning. I was finally able to put in a service request online today (literally just a few minutes ago). I have not hit the 6-month mark yet and the website said to expect a response by Sept. 2nd.

Since I was able to submit the e-service request before the 6-month mark, that makes me think that the official date for NSC must be past my PD of 2/20/14! Not 100% positive, but might be the case since the only way to enter a service request is for their "official" working date to be past your PD date.

I'm hoping this will help in some way although I am prepping myself mentally to receive the same ole email as everyone else that we are stuck with security checks being done. At least it will be some type of update right?!

God's timing is always perfect.....which means there is a reason why I am still waiting :)

Side note: I know someone in Mexico who received her I-130 approval last week. She was at NSC and transferred elsewhere. Her PD is March 2014.

 God's timing is always perfect. . . :star:"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Luke 1:45) ^_^

Just called USCIS, They told me NCS has proccessed files up to March 16th, 2014 -__- When according to all the people from December, January AND February, they are soo messed up in their processing. Idk what to do other than just sit and hope my request is answered before the 29th of this month. I'm already in my 7th month of waiting now just at Nebraska Service Center, not even at Visa Center yet. so discouraged.

Guys!

Anyone knows what day are they "officially" working on?

March 16th at NSC is what the agent just told me on the phone, called about 10 mins ago, Came on here to post so everyone would know this info!!

Sending good vibes to all this week!

Judging NSC being up to March 16th, realistically I should be any day now!

We shall see!

The wait continues for us all but we're all in this together!!

What day did they tell you they were working on currently.

I did the request online and there was no notice about what day they are working on.
