11/8/2013 filer here, two service requests and another direct email to NSC also told additional background checks. But this time they say wait 90 days to contact again...

Based on your inquiry we researched the status of this case. USCIS is actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you have not received a decision or other notice of action on this case within 90 days, please contact us for an update.

Hi everyone, I'm at NSC with NOA1 of Jan. 30th. Still waiting on any kind of activity on my file. Was able to put in a service request yesterday, got an email saying I should have a response by August 29th. Just some more waiting. I wish I had seen more approvals come in this week, seems there hasn't been many from Jan. this week, quite a few Feb. approvals though. Congratulations, and I'm happy for all who have been approved and moving on to Visa Center!!

Already checked online for local immigration office with info pass, they have no scheduled times/appointments for this type of inquiry.

Already contacted my senator and provided relevant information/forms such as privacy consent form over two weeks ago.

Initial email from senator said to wait ~3 weeks for response. Quite short compared to what the USCIS has been indicating!

NOA2 this morning (5:45 am on a Saturday??) directly out of NSC, three days before the five-month mark.

Whew.

I don't know if that means that we got through before the alleged stoppage is background checks or what, but at least the wheels are still turning.

Good to be done with Nebraska. Best of luck to everyone who is still stuck there.

But whatever: it's over!!!!! 13 months and 3 days from original priority date.
Green card: Accompanying docs stamped 6/16, but the card did not arrive until 7/2 (approx. 11 weeks after POE).
Now it's really over. Thank you so much to all of you at VJ who helped us through this ordeal.

I got mine approved on Aug 7!!! PD March 14 2014. (No expedite)

I wanted to let you guys know because i've been reading this threat every day to get my hopes up.

I got mine approved on Aug 7!!! PD March 14 2014. (No expedite)
