PD Dec 23 2013, still waiting for NOA2

I am lso Dec 23rd PD at NSC. My lawyer called and they said that we are unable to RFE as still in regular processing times.

I am trying to remain positive about everything and stay hopeful. I wish you a speedy process!!!

So they are transferring again? :D Damnit, I'm still stuck at NSC, I think they may have lost my whole petition or something.....

11/14/2013 mailed I-130

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)

Yeah, there better wake up.

If we got the NOA1 i was glad it was send by Nebraska, cause there was the fastest in March. But now there are soooooo slow..

Hopefully the NVC can catch up the delay from Nebraska.

Just got the notice I was transfered to the California Service Center! Does anyone know how fast are they working? The fact that my case just got transfered, does it mean it will be approved faster? Does anyone know?

Transferring doesn't mean faster processing. It all depends on Service center. If service center is quick then your case will be processed fast. Right now Nebraska is backlogged that's why transferring cases to other centers.

How long did you have to wait to get a response for your e-request? I filed an e-request 7/9. I know I will have to wait for a while, just wondering how long.
