Any March approved I-130's just trying to stay hopeful.

Nebraska is still working on December and January... If there are March approvals they were expedited.

Hey all.... seem to be a lot of transfers in the feb I130 group

my PD was Feb 12th and I was sent to Nebraska.... just got transferred somewhere else not sure where yet! I think maybe they are moving cases around so that their numbers don't get messed up.

19/1/2010 met in Spain

08/2011 moved to his home country, Brazil

27/01/2012 got married!

06/02/2014 sent I-130 package to Chicago Lockbox

11/02/2014 I-130 package received in Chicago

18/02/2014 NOA1- routed to Nebraska Service Center

21/07/2014 NOA 2

12/08/2014 NVC Recieved

21/08/2014 Sent AOS

30/09/2014 Sent IV Package (should have sent together.... thought that I had to pay fees first)

26/10/2014 Scan Date AOS

20/09/2014 Scan Date IV

03/12/2014 Checklist for AOS, operator said that ALL IS WELL with IV Docs

Finally, I got approved today!!!!!!!


I have just received USCIS confirmation email one hour ago!!!!


It took 6 months and 2 days, exactly, but good news finally!!!


I'll let you know all the NVC process....

My PD is Feb 19th,2014 and I received the same transfer notification text and email this morning also. Called USCIS and she stated that NSC is overloaded and they are offloading petitions to other service centers for processing. She could not say which service I had been transferred to.

If the processing times for CSC, VSC and TSC are correct, that could be a big improvement over NSC. All other service centers are about 2 weeks ahead of NSC, but I worry with this new influx of transfers might slow the other service centers down, but I am sure we will all know soon enough and hopefully some fast approvals for Feb/March petitioners.

I just received a text saying I was transfered. I also called and she coukdnt say where or why I was transfered. Have to wait on the letter. My PD is Feb 28.
