November filer here, still no approval although people with PDs after ours have been approved...don't know what's going on with NSC

Have you put in a service request yet? Their "official" processing date was Dec 3 as of last week, so you should be able to.

Have you put in a service request yet? Their "official" processing date was Dec 3 as of last week, so you should be able to.

yup, for both my I-130 and I-129f, but got an email after 2 days or so saying I couldn't file one cause I'm the beneficiary(which is really stupid imo). And now it won't let my husband file another one online cause there already is a SR for that case number -.- (and he hasn't had time to call)

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)

Also May 2014 filer here. One month into the claimed 5 months wait and hoping it's accurate so I can move on to NVC!

Met in 2010 on a forum for a mutual interest. Became friends.
2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

December 17, 2014: NVC generates case number (50 days after NOA2)

December 19, 2014: Receive AOS bill, DS-261. Submit DS-261 (52 days after NOA2)

December 20, 2014: Pay AOS Fee

January 7, 2015: Receive, pay IV Fee

January 10, 2015: Complete DS-260

January 11, 2015: Send AOS package and Civil Documents
March 23, 2015: Case Complete at NVC. (70 days from when they received docs to CC)

May 6, 2015: Interview at Montréal APPROVED!

May 11, 2015: Visa in hand! One year less one day from NOA1.

And my birthday is tomorrow, couldn't have asked for a better birthday gift.

Praying everyone else get's approved quickly.

December 18, 2017: InfoPass at Dallas Field Office - I-551 stamp in passport

I know your feeling, my PD is very close to yours :)

I'm rather optimistic because I see NSC is working for the late Dec! :dancing:

I haven't had too much expectation about USCIS from the first moment, and ready to wait till September in the worst case.

Remember, if you applied one year earlier, you might wait around a year to get NOA2! They're really s**k last year :protest:

Compared to that, they did pretty much improvement so far.

Stay positive, we're still luckier ones and our days are coming! :clock:
