I'm a June 2013 filer, got transfer notice in December and the 60 day letter. I have called 4 times in the past 3 weeks, each time with a different outcome.

Last time I called was 2 weeks ago and I was given the same answer: They are currently processing apps from april 5, and your application is "in process".

We are Nebraska Filers as well (12/30/2013) I check it 2 times a day. And today it went from 8.5 months to 9 months. I am watching timelines and waiting. But I am not sure what is going on with the Immigration paper work and all the naturalization that has been going on. We ( meaning all of us on Visa Journey) are doing this the legal way and have to wait 9 months to even have our cases looked at? Does that 9 months include if they need to Request more evidenceor is that from the time they get the I130 and by the time we get to be in our loved ones arms or just for USCIS to transfer it from Nebraska to NVC then to the local consulate for our interview? I know all of us just want to go and be with the ones we love, it is just so hard to wait and not have any kind of timeline base it on. I am in Canada, and this winter has been very cold, very snowy and nothing would make me happier then to just cuddle up to my Husband to get a good night sleep.

You need to talk to a Tier 2, not just teh people who answer the phone.

They are not much help either but at least you get better answers

We applied to the office in Chicago. Our NOA1 came on July 12th. Then our case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center on January 3rd. We're still waiting and moderately loosing our sh*t! It looks like they are working on May now, so I guess 2 more months...... Hopefully, not longer.

I'm a Feb 2014 filer and was routed directly to Nebraska. NOA1 was Feb 4th and I am not expecting that the husband will hear anything for months...unless they decide they need something and send an RFE. If anything happens I will update all the appropriate VJ threads, but my expectations are way low judging from what I have been reading here.
