This whole wait USCIS having us do is way too much for me. I know I am not the only person missing their spouse but it is so hard.

I have made the decision to give vj a break. this battle with USCIS is no longer for me, it is in GOD's hands.

In God I put my trust, all will be well in time. I trust and believe approval will come when it should.

All this they are putting families through is unbelievable.

Good luck to you all on your journey.

God Bless You All.

Hi,

we are Dec 6th filers at Nebraska and no approval as of yet, but on Thursday we made a change of adress by calling the NCSC and on Friday i saw the update in my case status. So at least this shows that they worked on it pretty fast, even though we would wish for a faster approval instead.

My hubby is with me now for 1,5 months and we´re gonna enjoy our time together as much as we can, since this will probably be the last time seeing eachother in person until the visa will be approved. :clock::cry:

Let´s all try to make the best of it. Time is on our side eventually. :goofy:

Hey everyone,

Almost 14 months after NOA-1 and a transfer to Nebraska, I received SMS yesterday that My I-130 petition has been approved (I am the USC).

Can anyone help answer 2 questions I have:

- What will happen next and how long from here to Consulate interview for my wife in Hong Kong?

- If my wife leaves Hong Kong (she is getting a new job in Canada and will move there around July), can I change interview consulate from HK to Canada and how much delay will that cause?

Thanks for any advice/info.

PD is Nov 4, 2013 still nothing....I guess 5 months processing time is just show up. Its originally 8 months. Even though case is outside processing time they don't make service request, saying still they are working on Nov 1,2013. I guess after saying they are working on Dec 1,2013. Still we wont hear anything bcz it will take 8 months.
