Jan 6th 2014 filer... have seen many other cases already filed after Jan get their NOA2. Doesn't seem right if you file in Feb or March to receive NOA2 before Jan filers?? Also know a Nov filer who just arrived in the USA couple of days ago. Most of these cases from the Philippines have been received within 30 days we are going on 90 some. Why?

I think it's (the estimation) skewed by the PI I-130 approvals,

as those went superfast because of typhoon Haiyan,

and

at the moment, you should expect to wait anywhere from 6 to 13 months on the I-130 approval.

If sooner, burn some Joss, as the Service Center Directors shifted more adJudicators into stand-alone I-130s whilst yer casefile was in the building.

Hi everyone,

Hope to see some more recent updates with where NSC is at in its approvals. I'm fairly new with my PD 2/26/14. I did get a notification that I-130 and I-29 were merged march 17. The mates was of March 27 when the alien number was changed. Nothing since, so I hope I really picks up for everyone waiting a while.

I'm the petitioner, our priority date was June 24,2013, transferred to Nebraska in Dec, the letter said we'd hear back in 60 days. That came and went, did a service request, an expedite request today. Its going on ten months.

Camden, I'm curious to see why it is that your case hasn't been approved or denied or anything. I know this is personal, but is your case straight forward? I mean no divorces or anything like that, that has the potential to complicate the case?

According to the spreadsheets, NSC has approved 82% of the September filers and 73% of the October filers! As a November filer I really hope they're gonna start working on November petitions next week! Tomorrow is gonna be my 5 month "USCIS anniversary", the next 30 days (till I can file a service request if I have to) are going to kill me :D At least I'm visiting my husband right now :)

6/5/2013 got married

11/14/2013 mailed I-130

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)

And for November: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aqgp_fafY_R6dFI3cDREc2tNWV9qV09mMzN3WXR2dEE&usp=sharing#gid=3

It's obviously just a small sample but it seems to be quite accurate most of the time....
