I sent an I-130 petitioning for my husband on Dec 21 (to Chicago lockbox, we both live abroad) - just got my NOA email last night that it's been assigned to Nebraska.  I was hoping we'd get Texas or Cali for auto expedite, but that doesn't seem to be the case.  My husband isn't too bothered, as we have a lease in Brazil through September so we'd planned to be here that long anyway.  I think I'm disappointed more on principle (also, I want to go home to the US!!)
