05/18/17 -- Consulate Received. CEAC Case status changed to "Ready"

06/01/17 -- Medical Examination [Complete. It took around 2 hours. Total Cost INR 11650 for Surat City Apollo Clinic]

06/12/17 -- Biometric (OFC) Appointment

06/13/17 -- Interview [7:30 AM at Mumbai, India]. Visa Approved

06/15/17 -- Visa in hand

06/21/17 -- POE at DFW (Dallas, Texas)

----- Removal of Condition -----

Removal of Condition (I-751) [Approved]

06/18/2019 -- Sent the package (3 Days before GC expires, cutting it close). Sent to Lewisville, TX via FedEx Ground

06/19/2019 -- Package received at around 9:30 AM (Hoping I don't get rejected for missing deadline)

06/24/2019 -- Card was charged with $680 fees. Text Message received confirming Receipt. Case routed to NBC (Case Number starts with 'MSC')

06/28/2019 -- NOA Hard Copy & 18 Months Extension Letter Received in Mail with NOA Date as 06/19/2019

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

07/22/2019 -- Biometrics Appointment Complete

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.

03/04/2022 -- USCIS status changed to approved.

Naturalization (N-400) [Approved]

03/26/2022 -- N-400 online application complete. NOA Date.

01/15/2021 -- Biometric Complete.

02/28/2022 -- Interview scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Passed. Status changed to 'we recommended that your application be approved...' and then to 'Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled'.

03/09/2022 -- Oath Ceremony was scheduled for 3/25/2022.

I got my first app message yesterday morning but nothing seemed to change but a few words. Than today at 11 am got another one which seemed to be the same. At 3 pm got a message; " CASE WAS TRANSFERRED AND A NEW OFFICE HAS JURISDICTION". We should receive our notice by November 17th. Received a text message and an email stating the same thing.

Is this good or bad.......?? Didn't say which office.

Only a good thing - may have been approved 2 weeks after transferring. Also, file will get transferred almost instantly after approval. Nebraska can take a month to transfer.

I kept hoping for a transfer.. Anyway its good enough now that Nebraska has approved us.

We sent our package on September, and by our DHL receipt it was delivered on September 6th. Later we received an email from USCIS that they received it on October 3 and our package went to Nebraska Center. Now waiting for our NOA 1.

We moved from Texas to Alaska . Our Papers never arrived to Alaska Office
we were in a limbo with our N-400 without any answer from USCIS for two years.

2010 We moved to Argentina temporally for my wife to study abroad under 9 FAM 42.22 N1.10 Lawful Permanent Resident Students Studying Abroad

Once my wife degree was complete we Filled for Returning Residence DS-117 under 9 FAM 42.22 N1.10 

At the embassy we were notify that the 9 FAM 42.22 N1.10  the rule had changed------------Nov - 2014 Our return was Denied
Filled for Expedite DS-117 in Peru --------------------Nov - 2014 Denied
In order to be able to go back as a family and fill for I-130 we had to abandon my wife's green card at the embassy.

Re starting the whole process to return to our home in USA

Looks like they are transferring all June 6th filers. I checked the past 100 cases or so everyone including myself have been transferred to another center. Does anyone know if this means we need to wait another six months for approval from that center? Thanks

No you wont need to wait another six months after being transfered.

I-130 Petition Filed From Abroad

August 12-2016 Sent I-130 Petition to Chicago.

August 16-2016 USCIS received I-130, Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska.

February 21-2017 Approved I-130 sent to NVC.

March 26-2017 Submitted I-864 AOS Email Processing

April 03-2017 Case Complete NVC in 1 week

May 23-2017  Interview Date

I'm very new to this and I'm starting to freak out !

My priority date is May 23 (Nebraska center) and I'm currently waiting for NOA2.

I recently checked the status of my case and this is what it says "On October 12, 2016, we transferred your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office"

So I called USCIS to ask where it was transferred to and they said Lincoln,Nebraska (??? Am I missing something). :shocked:

I'm so confused right now...

Guys I got an email today regarding my service request for outside normal processing times and it doesn't look good.

" the status of this service request is :

U.S. citizenship and immigration services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a long processing time.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience. "

They closed the service request. Has this happened to anyone here before ? I am trying to search similar cases and some of the posts are worrying me :(

Yay, finally got my NOA2. Notified by a message from my app today that it was approved yesterday! Just a few days past 5 months...we were starting to get nervous. Now time to get ready for the NVC.

Yay, finally got my NOA2. Notified by a message from my app today that it was approved yesterday! Just a few days past 5 months...we were starting to get nervous. Now time to get ready for the NVC.

Thanks. We didn't get transferred...looking at the numbers around us, it was mostly waiting to be approved, a few approved, and a few transfers. Now hopefully Nebraska promptly sends it to the NVC.

I thought for sure we would get a RFE (forgot to fill out the date hubby entered the US...) so i'm surprised.

After 7 months (PD March 23th) we got approved this morning!! :dancing:

Now we need to wait for them to send our case to NVC. Do you have any idea how long they take for that?
