2 full weeks has passed after thy notified me that they recived the RFE information and not approval yet!!!

And... As i stared sadly at the app amd my sad case file being at the bottom when i do a date sort... It suddenly went to the top!

Blinked blinked refreshed and voila its true!!! Over5.5 minths later we are approved.

Hubby did speak to Tier2 officer and have a long coversation explaining details of our situation. This was about 3 to 4 days ago. I truly believe it helped - as both my and daughters applications got approved same time. Even though theirs was filed 14 days later ( due to cheque issue in first submission)

Says yesterday date for approval but app updated today.

Now the wait. To be transferrred anf then the 7 minth wait of Abu Dhabi consulste hope ot doesnt really delay that much ...

the divorce papers weren't translated properly, I sent a condensation of the document and they asked for the whole thing translated.

I wouldn't think that would take to long. Hopefully you hear something this week

How many March fillers are still waiting for I-130 approval ? My PD is March 29th. Spoke to Tier 2 supervisor this morning and he said " YOU'RE STILL WITHIN THE PROCESSING TIME AS NEBRASKA IS PROCESSING CASES FROM MARCH 2ND " which I know is a COMPLETE lie . I have a friend who filled in May and had her approval two weeks ago. I am so upset . I don't know what to do. He won't open a service request for me . He said to call back in 45 days and he will open one but, right now I have to WAIT.

We just got approved today. April 29 PD. try calling again for a Tier 2. I had my hubby ready with answers. So When they said they March 2 thing he highlighted that he has the app and its not correct. Keep statistics ready of i130, 1000 or so before and after you. He also highlighted processing as of March 2 is an end July update as per info on USCIS site.

They did say to him it can take even 10 months.... Bit they did approve 3 to 4 days after call.

The first call to Tier2 was as fruitless as yours. Good luck.

I´m at the exactly same situation. My PD is March 23th and I´m still waiting.

We talked to Tier 2 officer and got the same answer and we can not open a service request.

The problem is the Processing Time for Nebraska is still March 2nd so for them we are within the time.

I´m getting so frustraded. In one week is going to complete 7 months.

Congratulations !! Your reply gives me hope. I am going to call them again this week. Almost every case around me is approved so you are right that March 2nd thing is a complete LIE . I was thinking to contact the senator's office but, reading some of the posts here it doesn't help much. Doesnt hurt to try though. I am going to reach out to the senator's office if I don't hear anything by next week. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it.

Oh goodness. I am so sorry. I asked him to explain me why cases from April , May and June are getting approved and March fillers are waiting. His respond was " Well we get a lot of cases on daily basis we distribute them btw service centers and then the cases are distributed to the designated teams. So the team that has your case is working on March 2nd cases " So basically my case is with the slowest laziest team on the planet. thank you Nebraska ! :cry:

Case tracker up to 500 receipt numbers at one time- then I sort the I-130s and get data then go back another 500... and so on

Today i got an alert from USCIS app, it said my result changed but when i check the message is the same "case was received", did it happen to anyone?
