What should I start getting together? Also items that were already sent to uscis do I have to send again to NBC.. like birth certificate and marriage license

I checked on uscis apps yesterday and I saw it there that they have sent our approved to the department of state(NVC) since on 28th of September,2016.so does that mean it should be delivered to NVC sometimes in next week.

Since there's no up coming holidays you all to be. They should receive it sometime this week

my case got approved at Sep 12th

I got snail mail about NOA2 and it says they did send my case to NVC, however when I checked app, it still stay in the status "case was approved"

so what is the situation? our case is still in Nebraska Service Center or is on they way to NVC??

also, I can't check my case on the USCIS' website!!why???!! :crying:

It's approved for sure and it has been sent to NVC. The app will no longer help you from here on. It's not going to give you anymore updates on your case while it's in the NVC stage. The only wat you'll get updates about your case is through email if you've set yourself up as the agent for the case. Also, through contactibg them on the phone. I hope these helps you a lil.

If the app says that Case was approved, then it's still at the Service Center. You will get an update when they sent it to NVC.

It took 25 days for my case to be sent to the NVC after the approval.

December 2009 - First met.

February 2010 - Start of our relationship <3
January 7 2016 -Our Wedding in a romantic town of Aeroskobing <3

April 1 2016 - Sent CR1 package to RapidVisa.

April 18 2016 - CR1 Package delivered to USCIS Phoenix lock box.

April 22 2016 - Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska Service Center.

May 03 2016 - NOA1 hard copy received.

May 24 2016 - Return to the US to reestablish domicile.

August 3 2016 - Case transferred to Texas Service Center.

August 29 2016 - I-130 approved! (NOA2) <3 <3 <3

September 30 2016 - NVC Recieved.
November 14 2016 - Sent AOS and IV packages to Rapidvisa! :D
November 29 2016 - SCAN DATE!
February 15 2017 - Case Complete at NVC (11 weeks)
March 28 2017 - My Interview Day! :D (APPROVED!!!)

As per our experience, we got approved August 9 so after 2 weeks we have been calling the NVC if they received our case which was really disappointing coz everytime they will just tell us that it could take up to 6 weeks. Not until September 8 that we received an update that our case has been forwarded to NVC from approved and finally after few days we got a confirmation that they received our case.

All the best for the further process. It took 3 weeks from your approval of I-130 to move it to NVC. That's reasonable, I suppose, as per timeline.

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.
