Hi all,

I'm gathering affidavit of support documents. I've question about my income.

I made little over $6K in 2013 (I graduated in 2013 and did a small project to get my foots in the door), around $35K in 2014, & little over $50K in 2015. I've all my pay statements from 2016.

My question is, do you all think my previous 3 years income will have any negative effect?

I am hoping that shouldn't. I am in the similar boat. I have $0 income in 2013. And my income in 2014 was little over $10k. From 2015, I have more than sufficient income. Anyone can answer if this will be an issue?

Thank you Ms.F.Brown. I appreciate it.

One more thing. Is it okay if my employer type a letter for me now (Dated first week of October) and I submit it when USCIS ask for it (PD is July 25th so expecting my I-130 to get approve in first week of December)?

To be honest if I was you I wouldn't. Because I wouldn't want to take the chance of doing that. Then you send it in with all the other paperwork and end up getting a Chklst for it. After you get approved it takes almost 30days for you to even get the fee bills. Then after you send everything in to them. It's going to take another 30days for them to even look at the case and give you your CC. But if they look at the letter and see that it's date from October you might get a chklst. So that would be another 30days that would have to wait to get your CC. I wouldn't want to take that chance it's to stressful already as it is. I hope this helps a lil with your decision.
