???? Congrats on your Approval lol. Hold for the next 3 mos of anxiety. This will be the smoothest part of it. Just wait until you get your case number and invoice number. Then you'll be on your way to the end. But while your waiting start getting your money for the fees together and the exact info you sent USCIS for the affidavit of support, the employment letters, marriage certificate, the PR. Cause as soon your fees are paid and excepted you can send your paperwork in to them. You'll wait about 30 days for them to review everything then you'll get your Approval from them. After that you want for the embassy to sign you a interview date.

Question: Can I send all the info to the NVC before I receive the letter were they request the information?

When 5 months are up with no update - what is the best way to follow up? Email/online or phone call? Just getting ready for my 5 month to finish... not feeling positive.

I have always been the non-jealous kind even in circumstances most people would feel some level of envy and here I am seriously upset that Potomac, Texas are processing so fast and we are left way too behind.

If I die before this my spirit will be found wandering the halls of Nebraska Centre!!!

No you can't because they send you a checklist you have to go by to put the packet in order. Also, they'll be send you a cover sheet when you all case on it that goes in the front of the packet. When you do send your paperwork in PLEASE go over it a thousand times and don't over think it cause I did. An also, PLEASE put your case number on EVERY document in the upper left hand corner of the paper.

Ok I see, thanks for getting back to me!!, well I still have a little more to wait, but I already has my Taxes transcriptions, and the birth and married certifcates, employers letter won't take any time to get it and the police report has to be ordered after the papers arrive to the NVC cuz in Cuba they only last 6 month.

Yes you actually need a copy of the one with the seal mark on it.

NoA2 is not anywhere in sight but in the meanwhile...

1. My Birth Certificate says my First Name only under the name column. Rest details are correct, father and mother name.

Will this do or will I need something else...like an affidavit. This has been issued by hospital and is all attested by Ministry of Foreign affairs etc.

2. Police Certificates are valid 6 months generally, given I am near the 5 month mark - I guess its safe to get one issued now...

In anticipation of that NoA2....

No I would wait if it was you. Because you don't know how long it's going to take to get the approval and for NVC to receive and issue a case number.
