Mark yessss cause you did the last 2 yrs. Then just put those two tax info with the I-864 along with your employment letter for your job. But right before I did our petition. I actually called USCIS and asked them which forms had to be submitted to file for the I-130. The representative was the one that told me we had to do the affidavit of support as well. I did my petition myself as well. We didn't use no lawyer and has gotten blessed through this whole process.

Thank you. I am going to include my employment letter and paystubs.

Alrigh then on Part 6 where it ask you for yes or no just say no and 18a on part 6 where it tell you to input tax year and total income for each leave the 3rd most recent blank.

Does saying No affects anything for the petition?

2/9/2016 - Received NOA1 via text and email

2/15/2016 - Received NOA1 in mail

5/18/2016 to 6/1/2016 - Visited wife in india

8/22/2016 - Received NOA 2 in mail

9/6/2016 - Case was sent to NVC (received text & email)

9/12/2016 - NVC received our Case from USCIS... wait continues for NVC case number

9/27/2016 - Submitted -261 and paid AOS fee

9/29/2016 - Received and paid IV fee

10/9/2016 - Submitted DS-260

10/15/2016 - AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

10/19/2016 - Scan Date

12/07/2016 - Case Completed

12/27/16 - Interview date received over the phone

12/30/16 - P4 letter received

nah it doesn't matter they just look at recent year tax returns, if you made more then enough from last year then its a good sign.

Received a letter that they want to interview me the US citizen at the local office.. Guess they don't believe my marriage is genuine . I'm so frustrated with the whole process..

I'm so sorry to hear this. Another hoop to jump through. Hopefully when you arrive at the interview with all your photos, tickets, letters, cards, they will immediately realise it's genuine.

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

JFH I'm so ready practically need a small suitcase to carry everything.. I just pray that once I walk out of that local office I have an Approved I-130 in hand and I don't have to wait for it to be sent back to Nebraska..

Has Nebraska slowed down again :( after the spurt of transfers for April filers.... my PD date is April 29..

I'm not sure to be honest. I don't really know what to think. I was told this morning by another VJ member, that he called USCIS NSC and they said they're working on cases from February. My PD is April 7... I was really thinking that I'd be approved by now or hear something on my case.... but I just need to relax and be patient. Hopefully we will be approved soon within this month.
