No interview for joint sponsors. They just sign the declaration on the I-864 that they are fully aware of what they are signing up for.

thanks

My case was transferred to TX and so many cases after mine have already been approved.... this is getting into my last nerve

Hopefully soon you will be approved. I believe you are still in the typical processing time (average 5 months). Maybe it is a good thing that you got transferred to Texas, as it appears they are processing petitions faster than Nebraska. I still have not been transferred nor approved and my NOA1 is from April 7. Hopefully soon we'll both be approved. Good Luck to you.

|Are you sure many around your PD date are approved?

I have been tracking 1000s of them around your PD date - as per the ones I am tracking almost none around 10-12 April are approved.

I think you will get your approval before others. I saw one case where it was transferred to Texas and handled immediately in Texas.

At least they touched it. On the Facebook page, I noticed that transfer cases are approved within weeks of being transferred

Our case, pd date 4/22, got sent to Texas on 8/1. Last week we got text alert to look for RFE in the mail. While I'm discouraged about the RFE, at least they have touched it already. I looked at 200 cases before ours and 100 after and we are the only ones with RFE. There were 3 approvals and the rest still say transferred to new office or just received.

I am really sorry that your petition has not been approved yet. I hope and pray that it does soon. Have you called them to inquire about your petition? Hopefully you are too close to approval. :)

Nothing to be sorry for as you are not the one that is delaying the process I just waneed people to understand that this is the luck of the draw.. Dont want to come off bitter or upset I knew going in that it was a waiting game.. please understand I am happy for all of those you have received approvals thus far..

To answer your question I have called and was told that they are still working on cases from January 2 2016 (lies) lol... so allow 45 days after 8/16/2016 so that's what I shall do.. cross my legs drink some tea and wait.. have a blessed Sunday my friends...

Hey Guys,

I just found out today while gathering documents for AOV in advance that I made a spelling mistake on G-325A for my wife's mother's first name. How should I correct it? My wife's passport and birth certificate has the correct spelling. Should I not do anything a I-130 is approved or should I have her inform the interviewer that it was honest mistake? Any help/suggestion will be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
