Still waiting on our petition filed in December. Asked Congresswoman's help (California senators do nothing). Made a formal inquiry a month ago. They insist that the real processing time is 8 months. I believe that is a lie.

Any Approvals For the Nebraska Group this week ?

I called and spoke with a Tier 2 rep yesterday, He advised Nebraska is about 45 days behind working on cases from January 2,2016 . How is that possible when cases from April have already been approved . . This is so not fair if that's the case files should be worked as they are received. So I guess I need to just sit and wait .. Hoping that each time I call they don't send my case to the bottom of the box.. 5 Months 1 week still waiting

Here's something interesting... I was waiting over 5 months and in the very day that we were approved I couldn't remember my password for the USCIS website so I requested a new password to check my case (I was using my office computer that doesn't have my personal passwords saved).

A few hours after I got my new password we were approved. I wonder if it did something to bring our case to the top of the list?

I swear I am about to remove the USCIS app from my phone .. The case before and after mine approved the one right after mine approved today .. My case is sitting alone " case received " How late has anyone gotten an email to advise of case Approval .. Wondering if they work past 5pm I know I do !

When we applied the first time for the K1 visa, I got our NOA2 at 9 or 10 pm (Mountain time). So sometimes the approvals come after 5.

The app can drive you insane!

I was in the same position. The case before and the case after mine were approved in June. And I was left in the middle "case was received".

On the video it says the employees choose their own hours and can work early or late, whichever suits them.
