So if most cases from Feb 8 are still not approved, can we assume that the processing times on visa journey are incorrect? It shows that cases with March 1st NOA1 date are being processed now....

The processing times on here are not the official USCIS ones. They are an estimate based on member's data. Because some March and April files have been approved, the estimate is that Nebraska is working on early March. The thing is, the VJ computer that calculates these doesn't know if my file has been approved or not. It could be that someone starts a timeline here and puts NOA1 February 8 and then never visits the site again. It's hard to tell whether those timelines that appear to be still waiting really are waiting or if the people have lost interest or forgotten to update the timeline. Looking over part months it would appear that 10 - 12 people each month don't update their timeline so VJ works on averages.

Nothing with Nebraska is an exact science!

Does anybody know the most recent I-130 approval for Nebraska? My case ends in 5969. I'm desperate. Any clue on when I will be getting an approval? Prioriza date is April 21.

It's pretty disheartening to see my VJ estimated approval date get later every day.....

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Yes, I check in blocks of 500 the receipt numbers from February 8. The app is very useful for that.
