Is the father of your daughter a US citizen? If so, can she not acquire citizenship that way so that you don't need to petition for her?

Father son and daughter are all Irish and the mother from America but never lived in US.

So everyone need to apply for I-130.....etc and when we land the kids can apply for citizenship immediately but the dad have to wait about 3 years.

California is known for its faster processing times, and they get most of the expedite requests. Nebraska however is not like California. While they're currently speeding up and seem to be meeting more like a 4 month timeframe rather than the estimated 5 months, you'll find that it's nothing compared to California. And there is no way to change where it went.

You'll just get to hang out with us all here for a bit.

Ps: we are not at the slowest service centre .... Just not the fastest. They seem to be approving January cases at the moment.

Spoke to USCIS and requested from them to Expedite my case base on recommendations from American Embassy in Dublin hopefully USCIS will approve it and push it to the next stage then I will be able to request another Expedite from NVC so Embassy can take over the case and move it quicker as kid application really simply just DS260 and i865w.

If things does not move by Middle of July then I will have to land in US then come back till my daughter get her visa...

Does anyone know how long for USCIS take to review Expedite case? And is there any way to check it online(with Expedite reference)?

Your expedite case should show online when you check you LIN number. It takes about a week to get reviewed.

Our expedite request that we required for military reasons was denied in a bit more than a week. They didn't even bother to ask for any documents.

I think it is called USCIS Case Tracker & Searcher in the App store by Stephen Aldous. When the App is installed it says it does say Case Tracker below the APP and the picture has a USCIS badge...

It means that the officer has already taken a decision on your expedite request and you will receive a snail mail with their decision. We had the exact same messages and we were denied...

I think that expedite cases are rarely granted. They are mainly reserved for Filipinos who get expedited without requesting an expedite.

For the others I am not quite sure. I am not even sure that they would expedite my case if I was in a situation of life or death to be honest...I don't know what are the criteria to be eligible for an expedite...apart being from the Philipines
