Nebraska is already on January 5th. Great!!!

They're more ahead than that. They have approved a lot of January 12th, 13th, 20th cases!!

My timeline:

Married: 03/29/09

Filed i130: 01/04/16

Noa1: 02/02/16

Noa2: 06/01/16

NVC Received: 06/20/16

NVC Case #:

Yo hablo espanol, si yo fuera usted me estaria preparando para todos los papeles que tiene que mandar al centro nacional de visa, o para mandar al abogado si uso uno.

Yoel muchas gracias o: enserio crees que ya pronto tendré la aprobación que emoción veré nvc para ir preparando papeles .. Tengo otra pregunta si yo jamás he trabajado y mi tío será el affidavit de mi esposo y solo tiene que llenar la forma o yo también?

Aguiirre has a question, she never work and her uncle is the one is going to help with the affidavit, does she has to fill the form too or just with her uncle info is enough?,

Is for my spouse

You might want to do an affidavit as well because he is your husband. If you have any assets, bank accounts, retirement fund, or any disability checks coming in that helps you support yourself. Then it might be a great idea to do one in support of your husband.
