No credit/debit card only personal check ( that take longer to be processed) or bank transfer (quicker) and that can be done by someone else.

Don't confuse my personality with my attitude....My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are...

I'm still waiting for my NOA1 in the mail. Ugh, I always worry about everything.

I hope the fact that we submitted a fiancee visa first doesn't hurt us.

I cancelled it in July 2015 but I never ever got anything saying it actually got cancelled. All I got was an email from USCIS says its under review again even though I wrote them a letter asking them to cancel it. Does anyone know anything about this?

Anyway, NOA1 please! ><;

Keep an eye on the www.uscis.gov case status search too. To give you an idea, cos I've been stalking their site daily haha. ... those with NOA1 dates of the 24th March or earlier seem to be online. They are up to LIN1690537029 at the moment. However they are still working on that date from what I can see. So it looks like if they keep up this timeline then your receipt number should be searchable around 4 weeks after your NOA1 date.

Your's is still not live? Mine has been live since the second I got the email saying they received my case. When I put mine in the check case status thing I get this message :

On April 8, 2016, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number *****************, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 8, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283.

I still don't have any hard copy though, but I guess it's only been 8 days. Well I hope it's working for you now <3

Good luck <3

Have you tried calling to find out what's going on ? Yesterday I went thru a few hundred cases and I see they have already started on January cases now with that being said some from 1/5/2016 were approved or RFE were asked whilst ones from 1/4/2016 have not even been touched .. I was advised that they do not work in order and some agents work quicker than others But Its been 5 months so if I were you I would call .. Ask for a supervisor GOOD LUCK
